    Hi Everyone,

I have been reading the SS and PC forums for over a year or so, and finally decided I would sign up and also introduce myself.

A bit about me: I'm an Engineer in my mid-twenties from Brisbane.
Just about to settle on 2nd IP here in Brisbane (no PPOR) and am looking forward to learning much more from you all so that I can keep going...

Current strategy is B&H and would be interested in doing developments in the mid-to-long term future.

    Thanks,
    MSD

Nice one. Welcome @MSD. Any of your current IPs have development potential or will those be future purchases? :)

Hi Steven, these ones wouldn't be developed, except to perhaps knock-down and re-build Ashgrove the future.

Thanks Azazel :) Which one do you mean to say is good, and which one do you think is very good?

Hi wylie, No that isn't mine... Just the style of house I like. Probably for a PPOR one day.

Welcome aboard MSG ;) another gingerbeer to keep the place classy :) what's happening in brissy work wise? There were a bucket load of roads and tunnels going in the last ~5years, what's happening nowadays? Much work on?

Not much on in Brisbane at all these days. I am currently doing FIFO to regional WA.
    You're an engineer also?

One of the few remaining by the sounds! Is the plan to stay over there or looking elsewhere?

I've hung up my boots for now, but we need to stick together, the IT nerds and butchers.. I mean "doctors" are taking over! The trolls and mortgage brokers aren't to happy about it :D

Haha azazel just had another look. Polished floors and new paint. I just looked at the first couple of pics and saw that ****** little kitchen. It's very very basic but tidy I guess!
