    we were told that a few months ago. call them up and ask to give you credits for each month you cannot enjoy the full speed

    I used to get up to 20M down with Optus cable, but now on NBN with them I can get:

    But that can be highly variable. During peak times on weekday evenings it can drop down to just a few megs, though usually still giving me 30M+ up.

    It's also interesting to see what other happy customers have to say :rolleyes:. For the most part I don't have any problem with them, though it did take about half a dozen phone calls over a few months to stop them overcharging for the plan. I get this on the unlimited plan (with bundled home phone) for $89.99 a month, but that was a special price which I'm assuming will change when the 24 month contract expires.
