Closed Intermittently slow on first url load...

    On the first load of propertychat.com.au there is a delay... doesn't happen all the time, but is intermittent, maybe1 in every 20 load of the url
    When this happens, the browser status indicate google ad word "google-analytics.com..." could be the problem.
    This delay I observed could be 5-8 sec mostly stuck on the google-analytics.com.
    I ran the F12 debugger in Firefox. I tested it invoking the url 20 times. I could not effectively reproduce the long delay. However the below is a capture probably 2 sec delay...it spends about 2.5 sec on /community/ then another 1.4 sec on google-analytics.com
