    Norman Creek was one of the worst affected creeks during the Brisbane 2011 floods.

    At least it would be easy to scale the verandahs and swim up to the roof to await helicopter rescue. And enough room up there for some stray horses, cows and kangaroos. OMG that house looks familiar.

    I noticed it flooded really badly on 1 May this year following torrential rain.. They're building an apartment block toward Bowen Bridge Rd which was inundated half way up ground floor level. Apparently the car park is on the first floor :eek:

    Anyone know if Nicholson st flooded 1 May?

    What a weird setup. It looks like the other few houses South of there have their access through the side of that house? Crossover city, what could you ever do with that?

    I know the block your talking about. I drove past the other day and thought to myself.
    How on earth does that get building approval and who in their right mind would buy one.
