Me too, I like this, especially if this design also flows to other parts of the house.

How much you reckon you're willing to offer for the house?

Yeah. I think that design has a useful purpose.

You know after a big night out and you walk into the bathroom not sure if you are going to throw up? Well with this design it's a certainty.

And look, there's a huge tub right in front of the design so you can't miss.

I'm not too familiar with the area but small modern contemporary splitters there seem to fetch premiums.

I hear the Druie clan feel more at home with these types of designs. There ya go :D

Paddo in Brisvegas is very inner city, a similar feel to Glebe Point if one must compare

The Brisbanites do a great job with small parcels of land - alot more interesting than Sydney.

Although not totally to my liking, this is quite noice but not for me. 3 living areas/4 bedrooms, bedrooms are spread out over both floors with the only bathtub in the ensuite, block wall in the garden should have been dressed up, alot of heavy timber in the stairs and kitchen, no mention of air conditioning , functional laundry and men's shed :D

@datto - do you think that this is more suited to mainstream Druie or Emerton Heights? Note that it's got parking for 4 Commodores or 32 mopeds.

I agree I've noticed this too.
