What are people paying right now as existing customers on P&I vs IO and OO vs IP and which bank?

    I'm on 3.41% P&I OO... sad! I think it's time to refinance

Variable would be the go to now in this market. Wouldn't be able to negotiate with a better fixed rate unless you'd be willing to change lenders

What currency are you borrowing in Paul and do you do anything to hedge currency movements?

CHF mortgages used to be popular in the UK in the 1980s as their rates were c. 2% vs 8-10% or more in the UK.
