Interest only payments or P and I?

    It depends on your stage of life, and stage in your investing journey. It sounds as though IO is the best strategy for you if it's your first IP. The repayments will be lower, allowing you to buy more IP's if you wish, and thus have more chance of growth across the portfolio. I'm into double figures of IP's so I'm working on reducing my LVR and increasing my rental income. I don't need to buy too many more, therefore I have most on P&I.
