Insurance

Hi,
I have a normal double-story house with 4 tenants upstairs and 4 downstairs (none are related).
The property is certified as complying with all building codes.
Is there an Insurer that can be recommended for such a scenario?

No one will touch it if it doesn't have approval as a boarding house ie >5 unrelated persons

 

The arrangement is long term for the tenants. It is not a temp arrangement like a boarding house.

Anyway, can anyone else suggest an Insurer I could try?

Try Elders insurance. I have a property which some insurers would not touch but spoke to an Elders broker (in Adelaide) who got it placed with an insurance Co.
