Insurance ramifications of unregistered builder and/or no permit

    Insurance covers the building and liability. However, this may not be the case if the rules are broken. I’m aware but cannot locate instances where insurance has been denied due to illegal works, no permit, unregistered builder or the like. Can someone please provide a link to evidence this? I'm especially interested in liability. Many thanks.
