VIC Insurance provider or broker for 2 lot subdivision

    Hi all,

    I have a property which is on a 2 lot subdivision in Victoria, where the owners corp holds no insurance and is inactive due to being a 2 lot subdivison.

    I need a policy that covers my building only as well as public liability for the driveway. Other owner is not interested in combined insurance.

    Can anyone recommend an insurance provider or broker for this particular scenario? Budget direct which I usually use won't insure my property as it is technically part of an owners corporation.
