I found this information while researching life insurance.
Many people compare insurers by the interaction they have when they sign up, there seems to be little feedback on how the payout process plays out.

And dont assume that a high claims dispute means its bad. It may mean they easily write policies eg those ads on TV and then get rejected due to pre-existing illness issues.
