    Hi All,
I am planning to change my insurances to another provider who is more flexible, cheaper and good customer service when in need..

    Any recommendations?

Which insurances do you mean? Health, car, income, landlord, professional indemnity, life?

    1. EBM is my recommendation - plenty of threads on here.
    2. Get this inside of super. ING Direct has reasonable premiums - really depends on your profession and risk rating but other super funds could also be cheaper.
    3. TPD - Inside of super for general occupation combined with outside of super for own occupation
    4. Income protection - could do inside-outside or just inside super. To age 67 is a better deal if you can get it.
    5. Critical illness - outside super - don't have much knowledge on this.

PS: I am not a financial advisor, seek professional advice.

I like and used Suncorp a lot, but slowly moved away due to inflexability and the LL part not being overly crash hot....

    but

I have very few insurance claims in my life, last one was with TS & no drama, i now have mainly CGU and EBM, you really have to look closely and read each PDS and ask questions, there is no one fits all,.

Rent cover product from them is excellent and they process claims quickly. No flood cover though, so depends where your IPs are.

For life insurance speak with David Kerr from TAG financial. One of those who'd work with you and has great duty of care.

Remember with insurance - cheap doesn't necessary = good. Policies are vastly different from each other, so compare what you're getting/having excluded for the premiums.
