We saw an property we are interested in but there is no inspection time advertised, only the auction time in three weeks. We check the other two properties marketed by the same REA and they are the same auction date with no inspection time indicated. Am I missing something here or is this a tactic that this REA adopts to obtain potential buyer's details?

Email / Call them and ask to see it and see what kinda response you get.

If its currently tenanted, maybe they have to schedule viewings around the tenants availability. Could be a whole bunch of other reasons.
