Trust me. I avoid falling asleep anywhere, anytime in the exact reason that I want to be able to sleep during the night. It is different thing to BE ABLE to fall asleep and actually doing so. Unfortunately even if I do not ever have a nap during the day (I work full time) I am able only sleep 3-4 hours continuously. It would not be a problem if I felt that I do not need more like Wategos or my mum. But unfortunately that's not the case I need at least 6-7 hours before I function 100%

I have it now. I can fall asleep quickly but can be awake in a couple of hours. Then its a night of tossing and turning. Its only something I've started to get now that I'm in my 40's.
