    @Terry_w Sorry to bump onto your post. I was doing some research and due diligence on a valuer for the purpose of CGT. Long story short, would you know any reliable/good valuer in Sydney (NSW) for Capital Gain Tax purpose? I love reading your comments and posts, they are very educational & valuable. Also do you based in Sydney, NSW? Husband and I might require your expertise for our future aspects. Thanks in advance.

    Hi Koalalui - no I don't really know any valuers these days. I am based in VIC now, but come up to Sydney regularly.
