    Received a call from a company with the name Inside wealth - Brisbane Property Investment | Buy Best Property in Brisbane & Sydney.

    They are offering a package deal of 5k which would cover property procurement expenses(conveyancing, building inspection, depreciation etc.). As per conversation, it seems they push new properties and also get commissions from developers.

    Just wondering if anybody has used their services in the past? If yes, then how was overall experience.

    Run, or make sure you have a lot of extra equity. Valuations from these types of deals always come in under the purchase price.

    If you need help finding a property get a good buyers agent on you side, at least their advice is unbiased.

    No. I think i clicked on one of their facebook ad in the past and downloaded some stuff by providing my personal info. After that, received a call where they offered me advice to reduce my tax. And then I was suggested property investment option.

    Anki this appears to be the opposite of good. Please make no more contact with these sharks. You are very smart to smell the blood in the water and ask for a second opinion.

    Note I am giving you the benefit of the doubt. If in fact you are trolling for business from these people please be gone from this forum.

    How independent do you think that they would be if they are being paid by the developer? Are they going to recommend something that they aren't selling?

    When asked they mentioned they are getting money from developers. However they told me that I could conduct valuation on my own to ensure property is rightly priced.

    Using comparative sales by other people they have sucked in and made to overpay for their purchases to justify the inflated price for your purchase.
