Inner west builder recommendation?

    Hi all

    We are looking at doing a renovation in Sydney's inner west. Getting close to finalising plans.

    I was wondering if anyone had a good builder recommendation in the area - looking at one that will do a fixed price contract, the job is mainly an internal reconfiguration, some structural work but not major, but moving a staircase around, moving a kitchen, new bathroom, powder room, walls to create new bedrooms, walk in robe and enclosing a balcony.

    Don't know many people that have done renos in the area so keen to hear recommendations from all of you very knowledgeable people!
