    Can anyone recommend a decent property manager inner Melbourne (Brunswick to Elwood)?
    Looking for someone who communicates promptly and knows what they're doing. I also prefer a mature person with experience. Mine was good but have experienced poor communication lately and they also dropped the ball on finding a tenant for me recently (2 months vacant)

    Inner Real Estate - tell them exactly the kind of property manager you’re looking for.

    They’ve been managing my property since May’20. I’ve had no issues- any problems I’ve had have been dealt with really swiftly.

    Yup! That’s the one - your property manager is generally assigned according to which suburb your property is located. Give them a call and take it from there.
