I'm curious to hear your thoughts on what exactly inland rail will do for smaller rural towns.
Obviously creating an ease of access will have some effect - How much of an effect do you believe it will make to pricing?

Pricing of what exactly - it should reduce the cost of getting produce to port/export markets or possibly to our markets.

It will create some minor demand at transport hubs - driver accommodation, plant operations, station staffing, seasonal requirements for pickers/truck drivers.

Also short term will be the need for construction worker accommodation whilst the facilities, stabling yards, tracks, infrastructure, sales yards etc are built.

Property pricing. Some of these towns are very small and will be seeing a lot more traffic than they are used to. Some even become desirable places to live for those that want to be away from the world... yet now have easy access to other towns

Business and industry will be attracted to towns along the route.
