    OMG ! just got my ING BDM email, special offer for variable owner occupied rate 3.79%.

    For those purely low rate chaser, it's a great rate, recommendable good lender and product.

    Ask your broker today.




    <Disclaimer> I may bias on ING, as many of my clients are low rate hunter. ING's servicing is tight. May not necessary good for investor. Check with your broker if its suitable for your situation.

    $200pa the interest only loan comes with offset account. But does it come with credit card facilities as well?

    Somehow, I am not recommending fixed it now.

    I was really surprised for such a good rate when I receive their updated rate.

    There are some good rate out there with other lenders, but I wouldn't normally them.

    But with ING, I am happy to recommend to all the bargain hunter owner occupiers

    ING for IP is 4.39% for LVR 80-90%, 4.24% for <80% - are those good rates for IP?

    Actually that's pretty good too. Having brain freeze :confused: but correct me if I'm wrong Fixed rates are always P&I or can it be IO as well...
