    Agree. Fascinating. I never realised there were once toll gates on the northern side of the river, makes sense given the width available there.

    funny wombat, just think of all the Kingswoods you could buy with the future equity ?

    Out of curiosities sake does anyone know what the median price was in sydney and newcastle in 1969 ?

    Yeah where the heavy vehicle bays are now. Toll booths were move to Berowra later on.
