Industrial Property Buyers Agent

Hi, I’m looking at purchasing some industrial property (small - sub $2m asset) and was hoping for any recommendations for qualified / high quality buyers agents who specialise in this sector?
Ideally they would cover multiple markets (I want to look in Brisbane, Adelaide and Sydney/Hunter), but if anyone knows of somebody that is high quality but just focuses on one of those markets those details would be appreciated as well.

 

Agents are generally licensed only in one state, they may have affiliates in another state.

 

I have used Rethink Investing a few times now and I highly recommend them!

They found me properties that we off-market and we’re all industrial in nature. I purchased these properties before Covid and they all perform very well and 2020 which was a nice surprise. My only comment about Rethink investing is they seem to be very busy right now. I know this because I am looking for another property with them and the deal flow has slowed vs what it was like before.

But I am still seeing about one property every couple weeks (FYI - I am in the sub million dollar price point).

 

@Scott O'Neill from Rethink has been active on the SPI podcast and I'm sure that has increased their exposure greatly, and many, like me, are now looking at commercial because of that, for a number of factors.

I haven't used his services but I think Chris Lang provides a BA service. I have however heard very good character references though and have also listened to him on various podcasts too.
