    Looking to invest 600ish k in free standing house around indoor just wanting to pick your brains to see what suburb would be good to target in that range?

    Looking at bellborwrie that has some good value?

    Hello Matt. Indooroopilly ( I spelled it for you ! ) is a great suburb with good schools. Also Chapel Hill and Kenmore and flood free parts of Fig Tree Pocket.

    Check your flood maps for Bellbowrie, there were stories of people swimming for their lives from upstairs windows.
