    So the guys premise is that he front runs the index and makes a fortune. Like nobody has thought of that. Good luck.

    Index providers regularly publish updates of changes, additions, inclusions.

    Oh well I guess the only favourable factor working for the general public is time. Mind you that also depends on how old one is. :eek:
