Hi all! Not sure if this is the right place to post this thread, but has anyone noticed a significant increase in listings/ houses on the market in Melbourne this week?

I’ve been keeping a close eye on beachside suburbs like Williamstown and others along the Sandy line and prior to this week, there were barely 2-3 new listings per week. This week, some suburbs in these areas have 10+ listings.

Is there any reason for this? Or am I reading too much into it?

Probably because private real estate inspections are now allowed again in Melbourne.
