Rams will treat as self employed if comm is greater than base. Might get through by exception, but also having rental 'reliance' makes it hard.

Rams has the 1 years self employed policy now :)

We been heavily placing all the high commission ( less than 2 years) to rams for a good 5-6 month now...but yes rental reliance can be tricky...but the new 1 years self employed ( full doc) is handy

Thanks, will ask Rolf if this will benefit me.

Thanks Mick, will ask Rolf if we should consider RAMS or similar. I got my current job last November so not sure if last year's commission will be counted (same industry but different company)?

    Cheers

Do you mind me asking what industry you are in? Just want to see what sales jobs pay such commissions ?

    Cheers

I've never had issues using commissions if they are paid monthly or even quarterly. Cba would probably look at 6 months history.
