    Just a tip for those of you looking to buy a property with a pool in the near future:
    Ensure that ALL pool cleaning equipment (especially automated systems such as JetVacs and Kreepy Kraulies) is included in the inclusions on the front page of the contract, and also note the specifics down (brand, condition etc) as I've heard a few stories lately, concerning "changeovers".
    Trust me when I tell you these cleaners aint cheap :)
