Impact of having two houses under same plan/SPI number?

    Hey there,

    I'm looking at buying my first property/PPOR. After looking at the planning maps I have noticed that this house has the same plan and Standard Parcel Identifier number than the house next door.

    I assume this means that the initial property has been split...? Does that have any impact on what I can do with the land if we do go ahead with the purchase?

    Im in Victoria if that makes a difference. :)
