Image Property - Brisbane

Good evening. Has anyone had any experience with Image Property Brisbane for property management? Image Property Management - Your Property Managed With Care
They have taken over MyPropertyPro and Im after some feedback - internet search is not promising but I would prefer some other learned feedback.

No(t much) experience to speak of but I'm in the same boat. Going with status quo for now and seeing how Image performs. Have given my new PM a few leftover issues to sort out that my previous MyPropertyPro PM didn't seem to be on top of (including an invoice the tenant should have paid more than 3 months ago), so hopefully Image can demonstrate some "being on the ball"-ness.

 

They haven't taken over My Property Pro but @Andrew Hancock can probably explain better since its his company

 

It says in an email I got that My Property Pro has "merged over" to Image Property. I was a bit erked by their reviews too, they're mostly from tenants rather than landloards but not ideal still!

We've been with them a couple of months so I don't have much to speak of yet either.

We haven't been taken over or shut MyPropertyPro down - we have entered a joint venture with Image Property and essentially rebranded our property management division under Image as a part of that agreement. We continue to operate our other services under the MyPropertyPro brand.

There were a few reasons for this which I'm happy to share if anyone wants to contact me personally. All of it is positive with the main message being that Luke and I are still involved and it is a deliberate and planned business decision we have made.

I've recently moved my investment properties in Loganlea and Marsden to Image Property after a disastrous experience with Property Management/Real Estate HQ. To date(a few weeks), Sian and Kim have been great to deal with and refreshingly, they actually return phone calls and emails.

 

Image Property have also bought the rent roll from Raine and Horne Chermside who were looking after one of my properties.

I did chat with them before I decided to go with the R&H, I found them to be quite professional with the limited contact I had but quite expensive. I've since spoken with the principal at Image Property and have decided to stay with them or the time being.

Didn't know that they also bough the MPP rent roll until today and then googled it and found this thread...who'd have thought!

I suggest speaking with whomever your property is managed by, and ask them point blank who they are, how long in business, what if any relationship to last manager (esp if not satisfied).

 

It's all good. I've spoken to both the PM and the principal of Image Property and happy to stay with them for the time being and see how it all pans out. No need to upset the apple cart at the moment.

I have another agent a few suburbs away keen to get my business, offering me gift vouchers et el. I know they are a good agency and would go to them without any incentive.

No sarcasm, sorry wasn't meant to sound like that. I wouldnt leave my property anywhere when I knew I had a terrific manager a few suburbs away.

 

I've been with Image for 2 years after a nightmare with property HQ, Hayden has always been great to deal with.

 

LOL. No worries, it's hard to tell sometimes.
My brother has one of his properties managed by Coronis Stafford and has nothing but good things to say about them. I've met the PM and spoken to her a couple of times on the phone and would be happy to have them manage my Aspley IP.
Saying that I've decided to stick with Image Property and see how they go.

 

Hi, I'm looking at changing Property Managers for a property in Logan and am considering Image Property. Does anyone have any updates on their experience with Image since last thread in Aug 2017?

 

I dont know which office is close, but I would find a good local, one who will look after you, and by that, I mean to your total income, it is vital to be clued up on maintenance things.
