    Hi there and it looks like I've stumbled on a great source of info, so I'm excited to be here.

    I'm just in the process of buying a couple of IP's to try and build wealth. One in Brisbane that is new and finished and settles in the next few weeks and one in Melbourne due for completion late 2018.

    Having not done this before I have all sorts of questions which I'll try and ask in the correct forums around things like Insurance, property managers, depreciation schedules, Form6 etc etc :)

    So I'm apprehensive, excited and all things in between.
