NSW Im excited its Saturday !!

well happy house hunting today, i will drive back up the NSW Central Coast to look at properties, take my friend up there for the day so he can haggle with the Agents, something he loves.
What are you all doing today, what properties are you looking at ? Do you have a goal plan ?

Did you plan the night before? I was up most of last night trying to roster opening times to fit in.
Will take a lunch up today we prepared tuna and cucumber sandwiches , matzo ball soup, chai tea and coffee.

Enjoy the Matzo soup...are you Jewish by any chance or Eastern European...very noice meal.

Just don't tell any of some of the Bogan agents there what you are having for lunch...other wise prices go up.

Sounds like a fun day.

 

Up at 7. Parkrun. Smashed avo on toast. Now having some nice coffee. Cooking up some food for the week then do a few hours of work.

Tonight is some swamp psychobilly band in an old sawmill in the country.

Up at 7 tomorrow for a 12km trail run at Dungog then might tinker with the car and read a couple of reports for next week.

No interesting property so some free time.

 

Im in the office. Looking forward to Tuesday when my month off begins

Off to Turkey then Baku (Azerbaijan).

Excited, but will be more excited on Tuesday

Yes good to hear from everyone,im jealous Blacky is off to Turkey though.so i blocked him.
Well rushed up to the Central Coast to a open house advertised at offers over 280k for a 3 bedroom house.
Of course when I arrived the agent let me know the offers are sudddenly over 345k , "what ? Already ? I asked loudly.
But you have only been open 5 minutes !!

Well then drove up to the Lake Haven shopping centre where we sat In the free foodcourt area and ate our tuna and cu umber sandwiches surrounded by screaming kids .

 

And after the tuna sandwiches and screaming kids?.......

 

Off to Antalya for 10days. Mrs Blacky has a couple of days work so I get to lay by the pool and wonder what real life would be like.

You'll love it. I was there last year. All inclusive resorts.....soooo good

 

Is it starting to get a little funny there? Apparently the new leader is pushing more Islamic state programs.
Would still like to go there one day.

 

Don't form any firm ideas until you've been there. A very welcoming place with lots of beautiful people from whom we have a lot to learn. Not to mention the gorgeous beaches, landscapes and the apparent history of the place.
Must get back there soon myself. More than 25 years now.
