    Recently forum member @Rick458 has set up what he hopes to be a regular monthly Wollongong Property Meetup. He has a meetup booking page here Illawarra Property Network (Wollongong, Australia) and the first event is next week Wednesday night 28 Aug at 6:30pm. Yours truly is speaking at this one and he plans to organise other speakers at future events. Worth checking out if you are in the area Rick seems to have a good vision for it.

    Massive shout out to @Rick458 for organising a high quality gathering of investors and small development fans. Had a great night presenting on the local market, discussing infrastructure projects on the coast and meeting folk with a passion for property.

    Hey @Rick458 - @ellejay would be a valuable member but also a future presenter at this event she is an international investor with a fantastic brain/outlook and some valuable life experiences.
