    Haha no not inner CBD - should have rephrased inner N/E

    But really great places to buy right now - both previously snubbed suburbs, now getting attention as they're part of the Norwood Morialta High School zone. Still reasonably affordable.

    Quite impressive that you are looking to go international. Having been in the industry for quite a while, I can assure that for a 900k investment, you can easily get a revenue of $1.5mill, that is capital gains of at least 600k in 2 years or less. The location matters so much as your agent. I would advise you to look for reliable agents, like the one I use who will give you assured properties. ALL THE BEST.
