Doesn't need to look custom, my comparable stock many of them aren't custom . I'll get one similar to what you posted, maybe with a bit of color in it and make it fit. If there's more room may add a fridge.

Who is Al Fresco? Some ethnic? Never heard of him or his kitchen.

The Weber may not be pretty but eet izz the best.

I did see this on wiki " In Italian, the expression al fresco usually refers to spending time in jail.[4]"

Is this a place you're going to be selling or renting out?
$1000 does not go far at all and you need to be careful if the area is enclosed enough to require an exhaust fan as that will add to the costs. With the ones I have built I have done the cabinetry but left space for just about any bbq to be installed in the spot - bbqs are very personal choices and it also meant that I didn't need to worry about a rangehood. The new owners can put a webber q, bbq or anything they want in the spot.
Generally the ones with sinks can be hooked up from a tap but they will need a waste outlet.

Selling it myf. The backing to the BBQ has a feature laser cut panel which has enough gaps so a rangehood won't be needed.

I need to add in a BBQ, most of my competition all have one included, either built in or free freestanding alfresco kitchen. So I don't think I want to leave it out tbh.

I think you'll need to increase the budget. That one you pictured is a run out model and not made anymore I think. Everdure replaced it with another range. You could get the larger 6 burner if it's fits in that spot for $1299

No will use the ones I'm providing. Buyers have asked agents in the past if bbq comes with so agents said don't try to fool them.

Probably the smartest thing I've seen come from an agent in a long time :p

Thing I've noticed is when folks purchase a home for mid 1m range and their median price of the area is only 800k, they gonna be as vigilant as possible buying their dream home :)

Yes, but only if you make them! So it's still very important to me that you get a great BBQ, I just don't have a need for one of my own (unless you were to come over and cook me some. Oh crap, I better get one, just in case!).

This is actually what I did to the previous BBQ spot at my house. And yes, I know it needs a good oil! IMG_20181209_171651.jpg
