    Hey fellow SS and newcomers,

Just a quick question on "if a development/project site of an area was approved by the planning panel, does that mean it will happen 100%? 75%? 50%?"

    Thanks,
    Arashi

    Yes.

It doesn't give any certainty as the person who achieved the DA could flip the site to someone who will submit a S96 amendment to get more on the site. The development as approved may not be feasible, economic conditions may change, the new LEP might cause a change of use etc.

Close to 100% although you need to get CC o BCA before you can build and that may be somewhat of an adventure/cost. Which state is this?

You need to get a copy of the DA and check out the conditions. Also note that DA has a time expiry date on it. Be carefully developing in regional NSW.
