How do i buy a Real Estate Franchise??
I havent got a Real Estate licence yet, im in Sydney NSW and have found real estate courses just near my house for around $3500 to get a licence.6 weeks and i would be licensed.
That is the Certificate 4 Course.
Then i want to buy a Franchise..anyone know the cheapest and start up costs.
I did ring up the Remax head office today and they asked me what area I was interested in opening and representing their Company and when I said "Walgett" they hung up on me.
Their websites dont give you franchise costs only their Sales pitch on why they re the best Company etc.

I do like Ray White website and their training for new franchisees.

    Check out

    One agency
    Ozwide realty
    McGrath.

They all have low up-front and ongoing cost. You will get to keep major chunk of commission.

I will have to research them all guess once I obtain the appropriate licensing..not to mention the areas i can buy in.
I think my local area (City) has a few franchises but surprisingly the City is mainily dominated privately named Real Estate Companies with a lot of foreign Asian influence.

Can Moshe lend you the startup capital from the pawn shop?

Trouble with Walgett is that most of it is Crown lease... not much to sell...
    I hope this helps,
    cheers

Actually i have been getting a lot of experience looking at Ips and talking to Real Estate agents some very rude some nice .
Im sure i can do a lot better than them and be far more polite and treat people with respect better than some of these cowboys.

I wouldnt bother with a franchise i would go it alone.

Go for it. There's nothing to lose. The top agents earn $3m+ commission a year. You and Moshe could double that.
