Saw this listed, it felt like a modern day "red brick":

I'm surprised this isn't a more common design style on smaller blocks.

Have seen some similar blocks like the above but wonder if they could be deemed to be a 'timeless' building which 20 or 30 years later it would still appeal to the masses.

    LIKE

Looks like a 70's unit block "renovated with flair" :D

    Nice roof line's also

Love the timber posts, but the green is almost out of fashion already

(Gardens are minimalistic, keeps the body corporate maint down)

Its it a "grand designs" type build that looks minimalistic in every way except cost.

In Mount Gravit, (south Bris "VEGAS" :D )
2 bed, 2 bath (ensuite is small), 1 car space
Not a bad floor plan either:)(depending on balcony direction)
I would rather it had 2 car spaces though

Any idea of asking price ??? o_O

    (Note the professional furniture/display ;) )

Any idea how many in the complex? Looks like either 4 or 6. I'd like to build something similar on one of my properties.

From the exterior materials used, build cost actually looks like it would have been quite low. Premium looks can be achieved with careful selection of materials/finishes.

Internally, this 2 bedroom apartment (one of five) is pretty basic and boring.
