the last week or so i have had a 2.5 litre bottle filled with water
I have been for ing myself to drink it over a 8 hour period

After a couple of days i started to see benefits, apart from frequent visits to the toilet , less hungry was one , clear coloured urine instead of dark yellow , and more more energy !!!

I also felt lighter with the less eating and my rash on my neck has gone completely

My kidney pain has pratically gone .

Im even thinking of going in a 24 hour 3 litre water fasting diet

    Drink more water ,

I drink a lot of water and I also feel great. I'm friendly to everybody and talk to chicks wherever I go. The water I drink has brewed barley mixed in it I think. Not quite sure but it tastes fantastic lol. I also agree to drink more. Cheers.

It's a lot healthier than Mother and Red Bull, too.

I noticed a lot of mt druitt people with incredible energy lsdt time i was out at mount druitt looking at properties
Some guy was punching the walll in the shopping centre as i walked past and a middle aged woman was throwing a orange at a passing police paddy wagon which they unusually noticed but they kept going.

Maybe they are having odd ice cubes with the water out there

We like to make fruit salad smoothie type things at work. You poor this special Russian water over the fruit and ice then into the blender.

Tell me more about this Russian water? Judging by how good they look I knew the Russians had a secret. Tall, young looks and always smiling.

Might turn you into a world class hacker too...

Check the label. Try to avoid any from around the Chernobyl region.

Those bottled waters have been proved to be fake !

Some come in fancy bottles with pink tags etc

One was a French bottle of water style being sold that was proven by a TV current affairs show to be bacteria from France and a few years old:eek:

Stick with tap water maybe even boil it before refrigerate .

Chernobyl is in Ukraine, but Ukraine was part of the USSR until 1991 when it declared its own independence. The Chernobyl disaster happened in 1986.

Correct. Chernobyl was never in Russia. It’s like saying UK was in Germany because they were both in EU.

Um, the 2lt+ of water per day was/is based on a person who is sedate and basically bed ridden. It doesn't take account that water is also in fruit, vegetables and the like. Still a good idea to drink it if you're thirsty but the best indication you're low on H2O is to check your urine. Dark not good; light tea colour: good.

And had an MRI today. The idea is it's easy is a myth as far as I'm concerned. Flat on your back for 30 minutes, unable to move and the awful noise through the headphones they put on you totally sucks.
