    I did release a version on Amazon - I think the first 50 Tax Tips. but it would be out of date now. I was the only person who bought a copy though

    I read Marching Powder when I visited South America. When I got to La Paz I did a tour of San Pedro prison and the tour guide offered to sell me cocaine after the tour
