    Just putting this quote in here I got this morning for a 3x1 rental in Perth (PMs plumber) we are waiting on the secondary quote.

    Supply & installation of new Rheem 20L Instantaneous gas water heater - $2235 plus GST

    Supply & installation of new Rheem Stellar 5 star 330L Gas storage hot water system - $2525 plus GST

    Supply & installation of new Vulcan 135L gas storage
    hot water system - $2085 plus GST

    plus $350+ gst to remove & dispose of old solar hart system. We paid $1500 for a top of the wazza Rheem for our larger PPOR last year including removal of the old cylinder so I don’t know what planet the pms plumber is on. Will post second quote when I get it.

    If you are replacing like for like armed with specs you should find a better quote. Hipages even.
    Did they quote you the sterling silver models ?

    Just supplied and installed a Thermann 135 @ $1750 gst incl. and include old one removed too. Perth as well.
