Hullo PChatters / ex-SSofters, Longtime SS lurker, and a big thank you to all the great posters there, especially Redom, Michael X, Rolf, Terry, Skater, and of course Sim. You are all truly inspiring people. Our IP's have previously been in Darwin (bought 2001, sold 2009 with 100%+ CG) and currently we have two IP's in Goulburn NSW where we used to live. Our latest one is a large block which we hope to subdivide and develop (plans being drafted at the moment). There is simply no way we could have contemplated this without the wisdom of SS and now PC. Our plan is to hold long term, and are looking in regional NSW and Brisbane areas for our next IP. We don't want to be rich, we just want to set our kids up with something for when they are older. So on behalf of my kids, thank you.
