    Check out this property that sold recently in the best part of Manly- sadly not for one of our clients but what about that view? It was a 2 bed semi with no offstreet parking but a DA in place for a 4x2x2 place. Can just imagine the price tag once it's built.... but thinking this $5,370,000 sale price tag is a pretty great outcome for the owner :D
