Actually, you could do a combination of 1 and 3:
Have the door going into the separate toilet in #1.
The sliding door you have added in #3 is probably the only place you might be able to have one. BUT leave it open and move the vanity (slimmer) out there??? Bath either way.

Edit: Probably can't do a sliding door there, because of toilet piping?
Could still do normal door from Westminster's #3. But then would be a bit tight for the vanity out there. Hmm...

You could always double stud the back wall of the toilet so the pipes go through a 70mm and use another 70mm pocket door. I don't like the basin out by itself usually, and I doubt there's really enough room for it in only 800mm wide or so, but it does have the advantage of a toilet washing hands area.

I don't really know what that means, but I'll check it out.

Still open to any other suggestions!

How about the airlock process :)

Pocket slider door to the toilet and wash basin then another pocket slider to bath + basin or bath + shower.

Someone can have shower in peace and still have toilet available for people to use. It's a little clunky as you do need to leave the shower and go through the toilet which might be in use, but people use the toilet for a few minutes so it wouldn't be a long wait.

How about tweak pic 2, hand basin in toilet area, slider door. Have to shrink bathroom vanity to a off the wall basin with shave cabinet above. Rear wall of toilet becomes shower wall ,may not need any glass.
