    Glad it's working for you.

But the CG from when you first posted to now has been absolutely phenomenal. Could have more than tripled your equity and perhaps doubled your portfolio with a low LVR therefore reducing your overall risk exposure. Also your approach to accumulating IPs just to accumulate isn't a great strategy or goal imho. Number of properties really isn't as important as the quality/ demand value of each property. Perhaps in 10 years time you'll be able to appreciate my comments. That's my 5c.

Anyway whatever works for your individual situation and great effort for a 23 year old.

Let's all be very clear and reminded of what you are saying. You are not seeking income. AND you don't mind if at the end of the mortgages you have no growth, or even some negative equity.

I'm keeping it real. That is an insane approach. Period.

Feels like the op wants to build an income stream. Which is ok, but lets see what things look like when the op wants to buy ppor. Or retire.

Sure, but who wants to build an income stream with the attitude from the outset of being OK with no growth or negative equity at the end of the mortgages?
