How to submit an offer?

    I am looking at submitting an offer for a property, just wondering if anyone could give an example or template they use to do so?

    Depends on the state

    I usually chat with the agent first to get a rough idea of the ballpark price and the motivations behind the sale - I then just shoot them an email with an offer and expiry date. I just keep it simple.

    Same, I just make a verbal offer to the agent to take back once they agree I can put that in writing
    via email and add a few extra conditions that favour the seller if I have the ability to do so

    Fast settlement
    Unconditional
    No financing issues as I can finance largely on a massive deposit

    someone may make a similar offer they would picked me over them
