I have a shower in a flat and the shower tray is leaking - a few cracked wall tiles and failing grout. I'll be doing a reno in a few years so just want to get a temporary fix.
    I'll probably DIY.
Anybody had a go at this?
    Any tips?

Leaking to the floor below? Or leaking outside the shower tray into the bathroom?

Is the leak on the bottom of the tray or it's 's leaking from where the tray joins and seals the wall..

If it's the tray then you may have to re-install a new cooper tray ..

    Not sure.
The fix will involve removing tiles on the base, around the hob and part of the way up the wall then applying a membrane and then retiling.
    Strata expense, but disruptive.
I'm looking for a less invasive fix.

Thanks Paul. Amanda called. We had a good chat. She reckon anything less invasive is not going to work. She was also amazed that strata were paying for it.
