Hi all, does anyone have any handy hints for this? It's not washable acrylic paint so this needs something special! Thanks for your help :)

Try some hairspray? Otherwise get the exact same colour paint (with the same sheen level) and paint over it!

    Plasterboard or render?

Jigsaw & replace section of plasterboard or lump hammer and cold chisel to remove cement render. Patch with sand and cement mortar.

Magic eraser from the supermarket. It's like a cube/block type of thing - it's the best thing ever.

I thought that the OP wanted to keep the section of wall with the texta marks not cover it up :p

Windex, as seen on TV or as recommended on My Big Fat Greek Wedding.

I've already resigned myself to the fact that I'll be repainting before we sell in a couple years....but it'd be nice not to be totally overrun by the menacing toddlers in that time!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions! :)

Perhaps applying washable acrylic paint now might be an alternative idea

Very early on I banned textas and then I banned chewing gum - I tired of trying to remove it from car interiors and home carpeting & rugs.
