    Crowd funding? Loan from family and friends? Do you have any assets at this stage? Is the $40k to used to buy a house and land for $100k? (By the way no disrespect but even my 8 year old know you can't get a house and land for $100k anywhere in Melbourne)

    Save $5k per month for the previous 8 months.

    You should never put your self in the position where you need $40k completely out of the blue and don't have it.
