I am adding an 110sqm extension to the back.
The shape is not rectangular but kind of trapezium shaped.
What can I do with left hand side of the extension?

    Thanks in advance.

What are you adding it for? Won’t that be your answer? I’m confused by the question.

    Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen of course.
If I put a bedroom, then it is oddly shaped.

It looks like the back wall (shortest) of that bedroom is 4m wide.

What about squaring off the left hand side with a wall of built in cupboards that have the hanging where you need enough depth and the other end have shelves? The room will look square when you enter.

What is the tiny square beside the bedroom?

Nothing says a bedroom has to be rectangular!

Exactly. If you are going to try to follow trapezium shaped boundaries, you won't have a rectangle when you're done.

That's correct, but it seems to be something that concerns the OP. So a built-in that "squares off" the room would solve it, if it is indeed a problem. Nobody cares that a cupboard might not be square internally, as long as there is enough depth for coat hangers.

The alternative is to make the angles on the extension match the existing house, then everything would be square.

By the way I wouldn't create a shape then force the insides to work to it. I would work out what shape it needs to be based on the design of the requirements. If that makes sense?

There is no point deciding that one wall is 8m long when you only need it to be 7m long. Rectangles are economical but also consider how it will tie into the existing roofline.

    That was my original thought.
But that will make it look awkward from outside.
The original house is a bit tilted. 950mm side setback at front. 2500mm side setback at the back.
I want to make it right. 2000mm side setback for the new extension.

Depends on site factors. Can the extension be squared off so the existing and new walls are parallel ? Or use internal cabinets / ducting etc to give a illusion of squareness.

Some ideas : Making an Awkward Shaped Living Room Work

Am I reading the wall dimensions as like 800mm x 900mm x 1300mm ? Or is this 8x13m ? Making it slightly smaller but squared off would probably be more effective and also lessen impacts on things like roofing

Really small rooms and really large rooms are equally impacted by being out of square and can be a OCD issue for many. May affect future sale too.

That's a tiny bathroom. I'd make it bigger, if possible.

Non-rectangular bedroom limits the orientation of bed.
The bed head shall not face the window, this leaves us 3 sides to play with.
The bed head shall be away from the entrance, this leaves us 2 sides to play with.
If the bed head is placed along the tilted side, then the position of the bed inside the room will be awkward.
If the bed tries to be parallel to the window, then there will be an increasing gap at the tilted side.

Will the rear wall of the house being staying as is? or will it be removed that may open up some options for how to square up the wall.

But generally you can "hide" the angular parts in wardrobes, pantries, bathrooms, linens or areas of living areas that don't need to be straight.

    Then you have 2 options:

Either “square off” the tilted side with a cavity and a straight wall.
    Or
Put the wardrobe along that wall, varying the depth to have the doors “straight”.

May be easier to go for the first option for maximum flexibility.

I've seen plenty of bedrooms that are oddly shaped. Same with other rooms.
