Hi , I was just wondering if you could suggest a way for me to inspect a property if I am unable to and cannot find anyone that can. I have eyed a property in Strathpine but won't be able to attend the open home tomorrow. Where could I find someone who can go there and take photos and a video and upload them for me on G-Drive or Dropbox? Do you reckon $150/200 for a couple of inspections would be an OK price to pay? Anyone here who can help ?

If you let the agent know that you are very interested, but unable to attend, they might video the property for you, although we are in a boom situation, so they may not be that helpful....but worth a try.

See if you can find a property manager who is open on Saturdays and can take some pics for you (with the incentive of getting it onto their rent roll). Most are very helpful and it is always a good sign when they are willing to go the extra mile for you.
